Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of radicalhumans.co and the tools and client areas on it, which are run by Radical Humans ("we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You can sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your Google account secure, and tell us at[email protected] if you think someone else has used it.
Your information
How we handle what you share with us is set out in ourPrivacy Policy.
Using the site
Don't misuse the site. Don't try to break it or get into parts you weren't given access to, and don't use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that does.
Our work and yours
The site, its design and its content belong to Radical Humans. Anything you upload or send us stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to provide our services to you. The ownership of work made for a client is governed by that client's own agreement with us.
No warranty
We provide the site as it is and as available. We work to keep it running and correct, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Radical Humans is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
Ending your use
You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may end access to the site with reasonable notice, or straight away if these terms are broken.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will tell you by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
